Frequently asked questions
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website within 7 days of the delivery date.
# Valid Reasons to Return an item:
1. Delivered product is damaged (it is broken or has dents and scratches), defective (not functioning or dead on arrival) or it is expired.
2. Delivered product is incorrect, not as advertised on website, or counterfeit (fake or replica)
3. Delivered product is of incorrect size or does not fit you
4. Delivered product is no longer needed (you don't want the item anymore or you changed your mind) - eligible for selected products only.
# Change of mind returns
We accept a change of mind with condition apply.
# Conditions for Returns
1. Product must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
2. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
3. If Jeans Pahiran packaging has been damaged, wrap the item in another layer of
4. Item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered (if applicable). Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit.
Item must be in the same condition as received
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
